The Nightstand Kit
The night you're still awake at eleven.
Nothing in particular is wrong and you're still awake. It's eleven, you're out of decisions, and every routine you've read about asks you to make more of them. This is the one that asks you for none — the order is already decided and you run it one card at a time.

“I’ve tried enough nighttime routines to know I’m not doing twelve steps at 11:30. This is the first one that feels like it understands that. I pick up the next card, do the thing, and eventually I forget I was trying to fall asleep.”

What you actually get
...plus The Rest Of It, My Fallbacks, The 3am Page, The Morning Read, and The Recovery Plan — the page for the night you come back after stopping. Sixteen pages you fill in, forty-nine in total.
The deck
Twenty-seven cards you print and cut. Fifteen run the Long Descent, three are the Short Night for when you're not going to do the long one, and five are the Back Half for waking at three. The rest are the cover and the three movement cards.
The pages
Sixteen sheets you fill in once, in daylight, so the night has nothing left to negotiate.
The reading behind it
Why the order is the order, what each card is doing, and what the research does and doesn't show.
One file, both jobs
Cream throughout, so the whole thing can go through a printer — and every line and tick box is a real form field, so you can type into it instead if you'd rather.
This is for you if
- It's tonight, your decisions are gone by eleven, and you still need an order to follow.
- You need something to do, one card at a time, rather than another thing to stop doing.
- You don't feel tired until it's already too late.
If tonight is fine and it's your week that keeps moving bedtime around, The Weekly Reset is the better $42. If you want to understand the pattern rather than run something tonight, start with The Sleep Map.

What exactly do I get?
The Nightstand Kit is a 49-page PDF — 16 of those pages are sheets you fill in, and the rest is the reading behind them. It comes with the core deck, which you print on card and cut. Every line in the file is a real form field, so you can type into it instead of printing if you'd rather.
Is this made for ADHD?
It's built around the way sleep commonly fails for adults with ADHD — a body clock that runs late, not feeling tired until it's too late, and an evening that's the only unclaimed part of the day. Nothing here treats or diagnoses anything. It's a sequence and a set of worksheets, and it works the same whether or not anyone has ever given you a label.
Do The Weekly Reset and The Sleep Map include the cards?
No. The deck ships with The Nightstand Kit. The other two are all paper and stand on their own — you don't need the Kit to use either.
