The Weekly Reset
The week your sleep quietly drifts.
Your nights aren't the problem — the seven days around them are. Two late Thursdays and a long Saturday morning move your clock without anything feeling like a decision, and Sunday night gets the bill. Ten minutes on a Sunday, and nothing on the other six days.

“My bedtime moved later every weeknight and I never noticed until Sunday. The Weekly Reset had me work out both midpoints and look at the gap — turns out my week was pulling me almost an hour off by Friday. Now I fix it on Sunday instead of losing the week to it.”

What you actually get
...plus The Evening Architecture, The One Change, What I've Tested, My Sunday Ten, My Immovables, and The Off-Pattern Week. Thirteen pages you fill in, forty-two in total.
The weekly read
A short Sunday review that computes both sleep midpoints and makes the gap between them visible.
The pages
Thirteen sheets for reading the week, planning the next one, and testing one change at a time.
One file, both jobs
Cream throughout, so the whole thing can go through a printer — and every line and tick box is a real form field, so you can type into it instead if you'd rather.
This is for you if
- Your bedtime moves later as the week goes on.
- Your wake time is fixed by something outside your control.
- You've changed five things at once and learned nothing from the result.
It contains no cards. If you want something to run tonight while you're already lying there, that's The Nightstand Kit at $27.

What exactly do I get?
The Weekly Reset is a 42-page PDF — 13 of those pages are sheets you fill in, and the rest is the reading behind them. It's all paper; there are no cards. Every line in the file is a real form field, so you can type into it instead of printing if you'd rather.
Is this made for ADHD?
It's built around the way sleep commonly fails for adults with ADHD — a body clock that runs late, not feeling tired until it's too late, and an evening that's the only unclaimed part of the day. Nothing here treats or diagnoses anything. It's a sequence and a set of worksheets, and it works the same whether or not anyone has ever given you a label.
Do The Weekly Reset and The Sleep Map include the cards?
No. The deck ships with The Nightstand Kit. The other two are all paper and stand on their own — you don't need the Kit to use either.
