Refund Policy

Everything Drift Hour sells is a digital file, delivered the moment you pay. Because a download cannot be returned, all sales are final.

What this means

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for a change of mind, for a duplicate purchase, for buying the one that turned out not to be yours, or for deciding later that you won't print it. The full contents of every system, its page count and its sheets are listed on its product page before you buy — read them first, and write to us if anything is unclear.

If something is wrong with the file

This is different, and we fix it. Write to hello@drifthour.com within 14 days of purchase if your download link fails, the PDF arrives corrupt or won't open, you received the wrong product, or you were charged twice. Include the email address you bought with. We resend, repair or refund the duplicate — whichever the case calls for.

Printing and devices

The file prints on US Letter and A4 on any home printer, and opens in any standard PDF reader. Printer, paper or app trouble is not a fault in the file, but we will help you get it printing — tell us your paper size and what happened.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a delivered digital file takes weeks and ends the same way an email would have, minus the email. One person reads the inbox and replies within one business day.
